If you particular circumstances do not fit within the Legal Aid criteria, you
can chose to instruct us privately. Anthony Louca Solicitors offer
competitive rates and we are always happy to discuss our fee structure with you.
The department has a public funding contract and is able to offer those
clients who qualify advice and representation under the scheme.
If you are homeless or living in unsuitable housing conditions or if your
landlord is trying to evict you or if your landlord is failing to do repairs to
your home, if you are threatened with an anti-social behaviour injunction or if
