Qualified as a solicitor in 1993. An accredited specialist member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel. He is a Panel member of the Official Solicitors list of specialists in international child abduction. See memberships link. He also deals with general litigation matters.

LUCY LOUCA

Lucy Louca qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and is a Partner and Director of Anthony Louca Solicitors bringing a wealth of experience across family law, property matters, and contractual work.

Lucy is closely involved in client care and committed to delivering practical tailored solutions with a personal client focused approach always taking the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances and requirements providing clear and sensitive guidance during what can often be emotionally challenging and complex situations.

A member of Resolution, a significant part of Lucys practice involves acting for parents in international child abduction proceedings including matters involving cross border disputes. Lucy advises clients in cases concerning the wrongful removal or retention of children, jurisdictional disputes, and proceedings under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction and domestic legislation. Experienced in navigating matters where cross border jurisdictions intersect offering clients reassurance clarity and effective representation

Lucy places strong emphasis on understanding each client’s individual circumstances providing clear decisive advice during high conflict, pressured and emotionally challenging circumstances.

Part of Lucys practice is dedicated to representing and supporting clients affected by domestic violence and safeguarding concerns including applications for protective injunctions always approaching such matters with sensitivity and professionalism ensuring clients receive robust legal representation while feeling supported throughout the process.

In addition to family law, Lucy also advises on property matters and contractual work, for both UK- based and international clients, particularly those with assets or legal issues spanning multiple jurisdictions.

As a Partner and Director of a small law firm Lucy is committed to maintaining the highest professional standards while delivering a personalised and client-focused service. She is known for a meticulous, pragmatic approach and for providing clear, reliable advice tailored to each client’s specific circumstances.

TASNEEM RAHIM

Tasneem regularly advises and represents clients in private children law matters and cases involving domestic abuse. She has particular experience in disputes concerning living and contact arrangements for children, including cases where serious allegations of domestic abuse are raised. She also acts for parents in care proceedings.

In addition, Tasneem has experience acting for both Applicants and Respondents in complex family matters, including wardship and child abduction proceedings. Prior to joining Anthony Louca Solicitors in October 2024, Tasneem worked as a paralegal at a specialist family law firm, where she later completed her training contract. She is committed to guiding clients through sensitive and often difficult family issues with compassion, clarity, and a practical approach.

Tasneem holds an LLB in Law from City, University of London (2019) and completed the Legal Practice Course in 2020. She is also able to converse in Bengali.

ZEHNAB HAMID

Zehnab is a Solicitor in the Family team at Anthony Louca Solicitors, having joined the firm in October 2025. She qualified as a solicitor in April 2023. Zehnab graduated from the University of Westminster in 2016 with a 2:1 in European Legal Studies, which included a year studying abroad in Italy. During her degree, she undertook a range of legal modules in both English and Italian, including International Institutional Law, International Environmental Law, Global Economic Governance, Criminology, and Anti-Discrimination Law.

Following her undergraduate studies, Zehnab spent two years focused on voluntary work before returning to academia in 2018 to complete the LPC LLM at the University of Law in Leeds.

Before commencing her legal career, Zehnab volunteered at her local Citizens Advice Bureau as a Trainee Adviser and Gateway Assessor. She later volunteered with Hestia, one of the largest providers of domestic abuse refuges in London and the South East. Her work there progressed from volunteer to employed Children and Family Worker, a role she found both personally fulfilling and professionally rewarding.

Zehnab primarily undertakes family law work, representing clients across both private and public law proceedings. Her caseload includes care proceedings, complex child arrangements disputes, and matters involving vulnerable individuals. During her training contract, she also gained experience in immigration law, having completed a seat in that area.

She has recently undertaken work in international family law matters, including child abduction and wardship proceedings under the 1980 Hague Convention, and continues to develop her expertise through regular attendance at family law seminars and conferences, including the 2025 Family Law Conference in London.

Zehnab is fluent in Urdu, her native language, and regularly represents clients for whom English is not a first language.

She aspires to qualify as a Solicitor Advocate and remains committed to assisting vulnerable individuals and families through her work.
